Why We Do

We are a warm community with a family atmosphere, we love what we do and each and everyone of us genuinely cares about everyone who walks through the doors.

Why do we do what we do?

We believe passionately that everyone deserves to reach out for his/her dreams regardless of background or ability. This belief drives each of us to go above and beyond each day.

REDinc is a relatively small local organisation and we like it like that! Why? Because what comes with being small is that everyone knows everyone! We are a warm community with a family atmosphere. We love what we do and each and everyone of us genuinely cares about everyone who walks through the doors. Together, we celebrate the wins, big and small and we encourage one another along the way – much like a large family!

“The people at REDinc are more compassionate, patient and caring. Staff want to be there – it is not just a job.”

We focus on inspiring, mentoring, and supporting people from behind.

We open doors and broaden people’s horizons so that they may feel that their life has purpose, fun and that they feel they belong in their community and are not isolated on the periphery.

“REDinc looks at the individual and make their dreams possible.”

Committed to the uniqueness of each individual, we always sit down with each person who comes to REDinc to identify their greatest goals and aspirations in life. From there, together, we create a personalised plan of weekly activities and workshops that capture their dreams and goals.

No matter how big or small the dream: playing music, getting a job, bringing out the inner artist, living independently, getting qualified, or simply just to hang out with mates at the park; together, we’ll make a plan and pull out all the stops to make it happen.

We provide:
