Project Seed & Co

Published: 14 Dec 2021

In November, the SLES group attended the Project Seed Skill Building overnight camp in Teven. They spent an amazing two days and one-night camping in tents on the beautiful Project Seed Property. The SLES team were incredibly enthusiastic in their attitude towards all of the activities. Some of the skills learnt include extending a garden bed by screwing in extra sleepers, filling it with soil, and planting seedlings. They also experienced whipper snipping, using a lawnmower, changing a car tyre, making a wooden tea light holder and building a campfire. The group put up tents and swam in the creek. There were some happily tired but very proud participants (and staff) by the end of the two days.
