I am so proud of you for getting the job. When I visited you working on the front desk at Social Futures, I could see all the skills that you have built over the years being put into practice. You were organised and assertive in your position and, at the same time, you were empathetic and helpful with clients. It is great to see that you have the opportunity to use all of these skills.
You came to REDinc. in 2015 with little confidence in yourself. You set your goals, you committed to them and now you are living your dream. It has been a pleasure to work with you over the years and to watch you blossom into the amazing, independent young person that you are.
