Careers

Are you ready to make a REAL impact on peoples’ lives?

Work with REDinc.

Being part of the REDinc. staff collective is way more than ‘just a job’.

We passionately believe that everyone deserves to dream, regardless of background or ability.  This belief drives each and every one of us to go above and beyond each day.

REDinc. is a relatively small local organisation and we like it like that!  Why?  Because what comes with being small is that everyone knows everyone.  We are a warm community with a family atmosphere, we love what we do and we genuinely care about everyone who walks through our doors.  Together, we celebrate the wins, big and small, we encourage one another and we have each others’ backs – much like a large family!

“The people at REDinc. are more compassionate, patient and caring.
Staff look as though they want to be there  -it is not just a job.”
Comment from 2016 survey of REDinc. families.

We open doors and broaden people’s horizons so that they may feel that their life has purpose, fun and that they belong in their community and not isolated on the periphery.

As a member of the REDinc. staff collective, we will provide you with a supportive and friendly work environment, plenty of opportunities to take on new challenges as well as personal development and social activities.

In all that we do, we demonstrate and share the values of :

  • Respect
  • Care
  • Passion
  • Authenticity
  • Acceptance.

If you feel you would fit in with us, and would like to be part of one of the most creative and innovative disability organisations on the North Coast of NSW, get in touch with us, using the form below, with your resume and a cover letter (please send as one document) telling us why you want to join us.
