Employment Pathways

For many, living a full and empowered life means having the opportunity to find and enjoy a good job into the future.

The REDinc Work and Training team provides pathways to employment through a variety of ways that suit a wide range of abilities and needs.

To get ‘job ready’ REDinc works closely with you to create a plan that is closely aligned with your work dreams and aspirations.  From there we break it down into smaller goals around what you need to do to get there.

We provide a number of ways to prepare you for the workplace including:

  • Getting your driving licence
  • Workplace communication skills
  • Resume and interview practice
  • Young Entrepreneur Hub
  • Study support
  • Finding training providers that best suit your learning styles to help you get the qualifications you need to work in your chosen field
  • Producing a living resume (a short video of you)

We also provide:

  • Work experience/on-the-job training
  • Vocational assessment
  • Employer morning teas – informal meet and greet with local employers
  • Advanced Driver Training

This initiative is part of the School Leavers Employment Support (SLES) scheme.
