In a small group with like-minded people, we will build self-confidence and learn together using fun games and group activities.
In these group sessions we believe we learn better through practice so we have a lot of fun in our groups practicing what we have learnt.
The groups are always small so that we can provide you with personalised support matched to your unique needs.
