Mullum Garage Sale
There’s been some strange comings and goings at Mullumbimby REDinc recently…and we’re not talking about the staff! The Mullumbimby team received a donation of props from local movie production ‘Seriously Red’ that was filmed in Brunswick Heads recently. There was everything from a selection of clothes and handbags to a collection of lamps, ornaments, throws, and various trinkets. There was even a fabulous old sofa that is now in full use in our shed out the back. The new creative space is proving to be very popular with participants and a handy storage space. With regular art and dance programs happening we were delighted to get a donation of three huge mirrors that will enhance the experience for all our dancers. With all the other weird and wonderful things we received the team organised and hosted a garage sale on Friday 26th February at the Mullumbimby REDinc centre. The aim was to raise some funds and find homes for some of the unusual items that had been donated.
