Who we Are

REDinc is a not-for-profit community organisation established in 1991 by a group of parents of school leavers with disabilities who were concerned at the lack of meaningful options for their children as they transitioned from school.

We are unashamedly small, enjoying a warm family atmosphere, because we know that is the best way to make sure we can know everyone personally and achieve life changing results for our community.

As a Collective of Committed Staff

We are 91 passionate human rights practitioners who share the belief that diversity makes communities stronger and more interesting. A number of our staff have a disability so are able to share with empathy the journey of some of the REDinc community.

The REDinc staff community brings diversity in the many different skills and experiences from all over the world.

For example, the Visual Arts and Music Studio workshops are run by professional artists to ensure that emerging artists maximise the development of their arts and music practice. We have passionate cooks teaching cooking skills, qualified teachers doing tutoring and physical education trainers running gym sessions.
