REDinc. is a not-for-profit community organisation established in 1991 by a group of parents of school leavers with disabilities who were concerned at the lack of meaningful options for their children as they transitioned from school.
We are unashamedly small, enjoying a warm family atmosphere, because we know that is the best way to make sure we can know everyone personally and achieve life changing results for our community.
As a Collective of Committed Staff
We are 91 passionate human rights practitioners who share the belief that diversity makes communities stronger and more interesting. A number of our staff have a disability so are able to share with empathy the journey of some of the REDinc. community.
