Services Home and Living Supports – Old Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)

MTA is designed for temporary use and typically includes:

  • Fully furnished accommodation
  • Support staff tailored to your individual needs (can be provided through SIL or other supports)
  • Assistance with daily living tasks such as personal care, meals, and community access

We work with you and your support network to make sure your stay is comfortable, safe, and aligned with your NDIS plan goals.

Frequently asked questions

MTA is usually funded for up to 90 days, depending on your individual situation and needs. The length of stay is determined by your NDIS plan and the reason for the transition.

Medium Term Accommodation is funded under the Core Supports budget in your NDIS plan and is intended to cover the cost of housing only — not support services or daily living expenses like food or transport. These can be funded separately, depending on your plan.
