Our team of Coordinators service the Northern Rivers area. Our main office is located in Lismore, however we have access to offices in both Mullumbimby and Casino.
The team have a diverse skill set which we build upon with regular team meetings and access to relevant training. We take a collective approach to support our participants work towards their goals and strengthen their support networks.

At its core, Support Coordination is a capacity-building support that helps participant’s achieve NDIS goal’s with choice and control. Support coordination connects participants to NDIS providers, community, mainstream, and other government services to pursue their individual goals.
Support Coordination will be listed under “Capacity Building” in the eligible participants plans. At an NDIS Plan Review meeting, Support Coordination eligibility is evaluated. Support Coordination is a specific category of funding which is not included in all NDIS plans.
Transport, Plan Management, Rostering, Advocacy, Support Work and Case Management. Support Coordination connects participants to NDIS providers, community, mainstream, and other government services to pursue their individual goals.
Support Coordinators assist NDIS participants in understanding their NDIS plans, identify their needs and goals, monitoring their progress and connecting participants with the people and support that will help them achieve their NDIS goals.
In the NDIS, a plan manager manages the financial and administrative side of the plan. For instance, this can be organising payments, processing claims and invoices, in addition to tracking your NDIS budget. REDinc also offers Plan Management services, click here to go to our Plan Management page.
