Congratulations, Cornelia, on completing your Certificate II in Retail!
It has been a pleasure supporting Cornelia this year. She always comes with a smile on her face and she puts a lot of effort into her studies. Cornelia’s teachers were so impressed with her skills that they asked her to come back and do the Certificate III. Very exciting!
“I would like to work in Retail. I would work in any kind of store. It would be good to get a job at Kmart because I already know the store pretty well. I enjoyed doing my Certificate II because I made friends in the course. The teachers were lovely and they helped me a lot. I learnt about how to manage a float and how to interact with customers. There are steps that you can learn for working with customers. I want get more skills and qualifications in retail. I have enrolled in Certificate III in Retail which I will be doing for the rest of the year.” Cornelia Adam-Armfield
